A PERCUSSION DOUBLE BARRELLED SHOTGUN BY SPENCER OF SHEFFIELD with browned damascus barrels, horn tipped ramrod, engraved hammers, lockplates and trigger guards, the walnut stock finely carved with the head of a bearded and ‘crowned’ man over the head of ‘hound’ with a plain steel butt-plate. Early 19th century.
