AN ANGLO-INDIAN TOAST RACK CALCUTTA C.1840. A six division toast rack on four cast scroll feet beneath a cast shell and scroll loop handle. Made C.1840 by Hamilton & Co. of Calcutta 

A very unusual object in Indian Colonial Silver.

The toast rack is generally in very good order. There is a tiny excess of solder to the mount of the central division, aside from that no damage or repair.
