A SILVER MOUNTED FAMILLE ROSE CASTER, 18TH CENTURY, CHINESE
An eighteenth century Chinese porcelain baluster shaped sugar caster with 'Famille Rose' decoration, with slightly later French silver foot and lid. The foot cast with florate scrolls, the lid with wrythen flutes beneath a cast scroll finial. Both silver parts struck with mid-nineteenth century Paris marks.
