the central oval mixed-cut eight claw set ruby within a heart shaped border of border of thirteen old brilliant-cut diamonds to a pierced scroll work mount set throughout with old brilliant-cut diamonds.
Brooch pin fitting, has been soldered to the reverse, would originally have been detachable
Unmarked, mounted in silver and gold.
