AN 8 DAY QUARTER CHIMING RED JAPANNED LONGCASE CLOCK, 12 inch silvered dial signed R. Woollan, Glaston; centre engraved with a lakeside scene, Chiming on 8 bells in a break arch case decorated with gilt chinoiserie designs, 200cm.

4 pillar movement. Arch has been added to a previously square dial. The movement and the case are a marriage. The movement appears to be complete but will require a thorough overhaul and is currently very rusty. Late 18th, early 19th century movement.
