Factory Built Live Steam BR ex-LNER Gresley A3 Pacific No. 60103 ‘Flying Scotsman’. With double chimney and German type smoke deflectors. In BR lined green with late crest and shed plate 34A Kings Cross.

The prototype went into service from Doncaster Works as Great Northern Railway A1 No. 1472 in February 1923, becoming LNER No. 4472 in 1924. After WWII it then became LNER No. 103 in the 1946 renumbering scheme, shortly after rebuilt to become an A3, thence becoming BR No. 60103.

A factory built model by Aster, never steamed. The scale is 1:32 (45mm) and overall length is 68cm over buffers. Used for display purposes only, with original Aster box, manuals.
