the Eastern Zhou Dynasty 'Ding' is a bronze tripod vessel with a cover, featuring a body adorned with studs and a repeating motif. It has a pair of scrolled upright handles and a lid topped with a circular finial. The side is graced with a group of carved inscriptions, and two character can be read as 'temple' and 'King'
