PROVENANCE: From the Collection of Alan and Joan Scott, acquired in Hong Kong in 1971. Alan James Scott (born 14 January 1934) is a British politician. He was Governor of the Cayman Islands from 10 June 1987 to 14 September 1992. Prior to his position in the Cayman island Alan was Secretary for Transport in Hong Kong from 1980 until 1985.

NOTE: Sold together with the original receipt from 2nd Nov 1971.
