AN ANGLO-INDIAN TANKARD, MADRAS, C.1820. A plain flared cylindrical tankard with two bands of reeded decoration and a pierced thumb piece. The body is engraved with the full armourial, Clan Grant. Made by Grostate & Co., Madras.
