A CAST FIGURAL CRUET, LONDON 1877. The removable pepper pot is in the form of a diner being approached by a lion with a barrel and a basket forming the salt and mustard pot, all on a naturalistic cast base. Made by James Barclay Hennell.

The cruet is in good condition save for a missing fork from the left hand of the pepper pot. The basket and barrel are gilded, so there are no missing glass liners.
