the blue enamel heart centred by an oval cabochon-cut garnet, the heart with inlaid gold bow detail to the front and reverse, suspending a pearl drop, the whole suspended from an articulated blue enamel bar, hook fittings.

Minor flaws to enamel around the bows and to top of one reverse. Pearls have minor flaws. Traces of resin blue to edge of enamel/setting
