A SMALL 16TH CENTURY BOX OF RECTANGULAR FORM the exterior with naive incised decoration, three brass hinges, two zoomorphic hooks latching to two brass loops which pierce the lid, the front with pique work initials possibly 'P L' and dated 1592, the interiors of the lid with an effigy of a figure wearing a bonnet.
