1937 ALFA-ROMEO 8C 2900 B LUNGO BY BBR MODELS / BLUE MOON
218 / 300
Of the pre-war Alfa Romeos put into production, the 8C 2900B can be considered the maximum expression. It derived from the 8C 2900 A, winner of the 1936 Mille Miglia. Equipped with the 2905cc inline 8-cylinder engine, the 2900B was produced from 1937 to 1938 with a series of different bodies: berlinetta, coupé, spider.
BBR unashamedly places itself at the top end of the modelling market. Its replicas are made in Italy from resin, they do not have opening parts, but they have very good paint finishes, and encompass both classic and modern subjects from both the road and the race track. As an Italian company, BBR unsurprisingly has strong links with Ferrari, and so cars from this brand dominate their offering.
Excellent condition in original box.
