Mountainous landscape, handscroll, ink and colour on paper, inscribed and with artists seals with a frontispiece with calligraphy by Professor Feng Kanghou (1901-1983) and titled 'Peng Ximing travel scroll', the other inscriptions by Chen Jinghong (1903-1993) and Pan Shou (1911-1999)

PROVENANCE: Chinese Painting and Arts Auctioneer Co Ltd, 15 July 2006, lot 30. From the private collection of a British collector who lived and worked in China, Hong Kong, Japan, and Taiwan for over 30 years. During this time, he travelled extensively throughout Asia in his work, and in free time studied and collected Asian Arts and Culture.

Note: Feng Kanghou settled in Hong Kong in 1949
