A SILVER HELMET SHAPE BEER JUG, LONDON 1760. A continental style of jug by the Royal Goldsmith, Thomas Hemming. The flying s-scroll handle is cast with stylised masks while the body is sparingly chased with foliage. Engraved with the slightly later crest & motto of Baron Ducie.
