AN ANGLO-INDIAN EGG CODDLER, CALCUTTA, INDIA. C.1810. A circular pan with removable, horn clad side handles and lid with a horn knop and an acorn finial. The removable insert frame takes 6 eggs. The lid is engraved with a full coat of arms. Made and marked by Francis Dormieux.
