"10 MILES TO LONDON" PERIOD MILESTONE SIGN
Mileposts were a common sight along many of London's main roads, being largely phased out by the motorisation of traffic and explosion of road-signage.
Produced in cast alloy, this sign reads "10 MILES TO LONDON BRIDGE", and is believed to originate from the Bromley area of South East London.
