A GOLD MOUNTED AGATE SNUFF BOX, POSS. FRENCH C.1790. Green agate with red flecks mounted within a reeded gold frame. Crack to the base. Together with a later silver gilt mounted blue agate snuff box.

The gold mounted box has some cracks to the agate - see photos. The silver gilt box is in good condition.
