THE BOOK OF THE DEAD, published for the four UK Concerts in 1972, a ‘test’ sleeve artwork for ‘History of the Grateful Dead vol. 1’, several printed ‘test’ covers including the Rolling Stones, ‘Goats Head Soup’, other items including the Stones, ‘Anyone Seen My Baby’ picture disc, other discs, Rockstar ‘A Christmas Musical’ typed script and album and six unidentified white label test pressings.
