A LATE VICTORIAN SILVER PLATED CUT GLASS OIL LAMP, CIRCA 1896, cut glass reservoir sat atop an elegant Corinthian column on a gadrooned square plinth base decorated with Amphora vases tied with swags, the edge of the plinth engraved with the following:
'Presented by the non-commissioned officers and troopers of the Wellington Troop West Somerset Yeomanry to Captain J.P.T.A Allen on the occasion of his marriage, October 1896',
with glass chimney and shade
