in the form of a Go-board decorated in takamaki-e and togidashi with counters on a mokume-gane ground, the sides with a profusion of flowers and the interior tray with a flight of cranes, the base with a formal flowerhead motif, all raised on four short facetted feet, with a tomobako storage box
