the circular mixed cut, within a bezel of sixteen eight-cut diamonds above a pierced gallery, the shoulders millegrain set with six round brilliant cut diamonds.
With corresponding report 22301 from 'The Gem and Pearl Laboratory" dated 25th October 2022, string that the sapphire is of Sri-Lankan origin with no heat treatment evident. 
Marked '18ct'.
