A PAIR OF CASED NORWEGIAN 'DRAGESTIL' SERVING PIECES, DAVID ANDERSEN, OSLO C.1890. A spoon and fork marked by David Andersen, in their original fitted case with the gilt embossed retail stamp of David Andersen on the lid. The stems cast with entwined dragons and strap-work.

There is no presentation engraving on the servers. They appear never to have been used as the gilding is still complete and retains its frosted surface. Please see photos of the bowl and marks.
