A FIGURAL CIGAR LIGHTER, SIGNED A. ARNAUD, JAMES HENNELL BARCLAY, LONDON 1884. The detachable bundle of cane forms a reservoir for fuel with a pull off lid and a pincer type taper to take the flame to a cigar. The back of the figure has a facsimile signature 'A Arnaud' for Charles Auguste Arnaud (22 August 1825 – 6 September 1883). The wooden base on three ivory ball wheels.
