1988 Yamaha FZ750
Registration Number: E174 JHP
Frame Number 2MG-006110
Engine Number 2MG-006110
Produced between 1985 and 1991, as the first bike in the Genesis design concept the Yamaha FZ750 is notable for several reasons. Perhaps the most radical being its 5-valve cylinder head with a radial arrangement, which became something of a Yamaha trademark. The engine has a forward-inclined cylinder block which effectively lowers the centre of gravity, providing an almost 50/50 weight distribution. The bikes were known for their linear power delivery, with a maximum speed of 140mph.
This original 1988 machine remains (with the exception of an uprated exhaust box) in original and preserved condition, showing 41,000 miles recorded. Offer with a fresh MOT certificate prior to sale, the FZ makes a fun, usable and very reliable modern classic.
