the double sided cufflinks designed as acorns with polished agate terminals. 
Stamped with French Poinçon. 
Maker's mark GP.

PROVENANCE: Formerly the property of Sir Elton John and purchased at auction in London.

NOTE: Gaétan de Percin set up his own workshop in 1938, having previously worked for the Georges Lenfant workshop. His was one of the main workshops used by Hermès, and he was the first to create the now iconic anchor chain bracelets for them.
