紫檀龙纹屏  清 十九世纪
to one side the screen is carved in high relief with a five-clawed dragon amidst pierced scrolling clouds, bordered by openwork berried vines, the reverse with a scane of deer and birds amongst cherry blossom, surmounted by an elaborate carved pediment with confronting dragons and cloud, the whole raised on four downswept dragon feet
