Generally excellent condition of brass and lacquer with overall good colour. Some minor scratching and wear through use. The reflector mirror slightly degraded but still very good. There is one gap in the case on the left hand side.
19th Century list of microscope slides and specimens included in the case. Mahogany case in very good condition.
