A GOOD HORN BEAKER DECORATED WITH A PANORAMA OF THE ROYAL EXCHANGE NEWCASTLE and with the legend ‘A view of the crow’s nest built in March 1783 on The top of the Exchange’ and a small horn beaker in a fishskin case. 9.3 cms
Please see extra Photographs. The Royal Exchange Beaker is in very good condition. The colour is a varied tone of yellow with a darker band running around the middle/top. There are no cracks. There are three dots/impressions on the base inside.
The small cased 'communion beaker' is in very good order, the fish skin case is grubby with some wear.
